Sometimes you just need brownies without the guilt! So far, this is my favorite low fat recipe-- I always add more cocoa since I'm a fan of dark chocolate!
SERVES 12 , 12 brownies
Ingredients
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 egg white
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup skim milk
nonstick cooking spray
Directions
1Pre heat oven to 350. Combine cocoa and applesauce until well blended. Add in egg white, vanilla, skim milk and sugar. Mix well. Stir in the flour until the batter is smooth.
2Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray and cook for 25 minutes.
