Website reference: Livestrong.com

So, in an effort to keep track of my calorie intake and exercise, I've been using this site http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/.

It's free and really easy to use. You do have to create an account but then, you can track your calories by doing searches for foods in the database other users have posted. So far I've found everything I eat already on there. It keeps track of the foods you eat the most so once you find a food the first time, you don't have to search it again.

You can set weight goals and they figure out how many calories you should eat a day to reach your goals. You also record your exercise and the database is huge, so even slowly walking around your house has it's own reference!

I like this because it's free and you can track water, food, exercise, weight, BMI, etc, etc and it's really easy and quick to use.
