Itty Bitty Salt Lake City

For a Labor Day activity the fam and I spent about 5 hours wandering around downtown SLC looking for itty bitty objects for a Deseret News contest. They printed a bunch of little pieces of objects in a 20 block area downtown and then you have to wander around looking for them. At first, it seems like looking for a needle in a haystack, but then, slowly you start paying attention to little details everywhere around you and viola! you match the printed clues.

I think the best part of this little scavenger hunt was just wandering around with some of my favorite people in the world as we worked together to scour details on both sides of every street and get the clues. My other favorite part was being able to see how neat downtown SLC really is and all the quirky little things that give it character. I think we ended up finding 15 of the 20 clues... not too shabby!
