With bad weather coming soon, it means my workout DVDs will start getting a workout themselves, but I end up getting bored with them by Christmas... this could be a life/bodysaver at holiday food time :)

This is awesome, though you really shouldn't have let me in on this secret: now I'll feel guilty when I'm not exercising...in this case (at least for the next 8 weeks) ignorance is bliss!!!
