One of our Christmas Eve traditions dating back a loooong time is the reenactment of the Nativity story. This year, with only 5 kids, we enlisted Mom and Dad to play Mary and Joseph. Little Bro, in additon to being "the director" (see top row, second picture from right), he played a shepherd with me. The girls were the Wise Women, while the Floridian sister played an angel, complete with gold tights.
Favorite moments: the shepherd's field being next to the aquarium, the happy dance of the wise women, and the graduation wear of the angel as she sang down from the stairs.
