Ok, so life is going well a week into the trip!!
In four days in London I have:
toured the Tower of London
toured the Tower Bridge
toured Windsor Palace
toured Shakespeare's Globe Theatre
gone to a play at the Globe Theatre "The Merry Wives of Windsor"
seen the Queen's Birthday Parade AND saw Queen Elizabeth
mastered the Underground and love the phrase "Mind the Gap"
seen Buckingham Palace
climbed to the top of St. Paul's Cathedral and sang "Feed the birds" from Mary Poppins
found Platform 9 3/4 at the King's Cross Station
gone on the London Eye
walked along the Thames River
toured Kensington Palace
walked along the Princess Diana Memorial Walkway
shopped at Herrod's
ate fish and chips
In Paris I:
climbed to the top of the Arc de Triumph
seen the Eiffle Tower sparkle
toured The Louvre
tourned the Musee de Orsay
toured Notre Dame Cathedral
had a baggett sandwich (yum!)
Yesterday we took a train up to Amsterdam and went through Belgium.
Today we went to the Anne Frank Haus and walked around the city,What's crazy is that is didn't get dark until after 11pm and was light by 4am. Crazy!!
