You know a 9 year old has watched a lot of Olympics when, during a church meeting, someone said, "I believe in myself" and he leans over and whispers, "Did she just say 'I believe in Michael Phelps?'"
My kids loved the opening ceremonies. When they had all those women in traditional Chinese garb, one of the girls commented that there were "lots of Mulans."
