We broke again in Taekwon Do and this time I had to break a board using my hand. Last time I had to do this, I ended up with a gigantic bruise on my wrist. (for a re-cap click here) This time, however, with prep and consult from my instructor, IT BROKE!! (the board, not my hand!)
I must say, it's a weird feeling to break a 1 inch board using only the side of your hand :)
